You are a passionate Video and Written Storyteller with past experience with customers and prospects alike to build powerful stories that connect industry solutions & products to human experiences
You are excited about AI & Machine learning and the tremendous benefits it can bring to customer service
You have 3+ years experience developing high-quality B2B content in the form of website landing pages, bylined articles, social media writing, sales enablement materials, ebooks, case studies, and the like
You have a strategic, metrics-driven mindset and a passion for the art and science of content marketing
You have a demonstrated record of successfully shipping high-quality projects with independence and confidence
Develop content for targeted campaigns and sales, growth and product marketing initiatives that’s as unique as Solvemate is as a product
Create content (short-form to long-form: case studies, landing pages, sales presentations, emails, ebooks, videos, webinars, podcasts, blog posts) to drive clear results across a variety of channels
Generate content that’s crafted to meet the needs of the audience—from die-hard Solvemate users to curious customer service executives and innovation leaders—and that people will want to actually read
Work with cross-functional practitioners (marketing managers, product managers, sales, customer success, freelancers and partnerships) to create and optimize content for a great reader experience, generating qualified leads
Implement SEO strategies, while making sure editorial integrity takes priority
Plan our messaging & visual strategy for the events we’re attending
Take charge of our social media channels: you’re a digital native who thrives on social - from drafting engaging copy to inserting us into the relevant conversations
Manage externalised translation processes and in-house QA
Be customer obsessed and anticipate what they want to know and how to best deliver the message to them
