Excellent communication skills in English and German
1-2 years in an sales/business development role - We’re looking for someone who’s knows the SDR role and is excited about the prospect of becoming an Account Executive in the next 12-18 months
A natural communicator: You articulate your ideas concisely and clearly via phone and email
Hard working, precise and persistent as well as having a “go-getter” mentality
You possess a curious mind and love learning
You are not afraid to make mistakes and learn
Excitement about AI/Machine learning and the benefits in can bring to customer service organisations
Mastering proactive, strategic outbound as a lead channel
Researching prospects and understanding their business use-case to have constructive conversations with them
Educate businesses on the value of providing instant customer support, 24/7
Drive targeted campaigns with the marketing team to further develop our customer base in strategic verticals
Become a specialist in SaaS solutions sales
Continuously learn and improve towards becoming an account executive
