Solvemate is a tech company from Berlin that is making customer support fast, painless, and cost-effective. Our platform lets companies train a virtual agent to integrate on their site or in their app.

Customers interact with it through a series of quick multiple choice questions. With Solvemate, requests are solved in just twelve seconds on average. Thanks to machine learning, the virtual agent also gets smarter over time: By understanding common requests, it anticipates the correct response.

Support request are dealt with automatically, around the clock, and at scale—resulting in faster response times, happier customers, and much lower costs.

Your qualifications
  • You are a cultural fit - please read 

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German

  • 1-2 years in an sales/business development role - We’re looking for someone who’s knows the SDR role and is excited about the prospect of becoming an Account Executive in the next 12-18 months

  • A natural communicator: You articulate your ideas concisely and clearly via phone and email

  • Hard working, precise and persistent as well as having a “go-getter” mentality

  • You possess a curious mind and love learning

  • You are not afraid to make mistakes and learn

  • Excitement about AI/Machine learning and the benefits in can bring to customer service organisations

Your job
  • Mastering proactive, strategic outbound as a lead channel

  • Researching prospects and understanding their business use-case to have constructive conversations with them

  • Educate businesses on the value of providing instant customer support, 24/7

  • Drive targeted campaigns with the marketing team to further develop our customer base in strategic verticals

  • Become a specialist in SaaS solutions sales

  • Continuously learn and improve towards becoming an account executive
