Solvemate is entering a new phase of growth and we’re looking for a Growth Marketer to help accelerate things further. The title should say a lot - you’re obviously responsible for driving growth. This is a technical marketing position, call it “growth hacker” if you will. We prefer growth marketer.

3+ years of B2B growth marketing role
You are technical enough to take care of website changes on your own and spec out any required changes for product
You have an entrepreneurial mindset as you will feel a strong ownership over the defined growth metrics.

Work with our leadership team to develop growth strategies to support Solvemate’s revenue goals
Identify the biggest levers for growth and prioritise your efforts accordingly
Enable new user experiences across our digital platforms to attract more engaged leads and opportunities
Optimise for growth across the ENTIRE funnel, from awareness and acquisition, through activation, revenue, and retention
Proactively engage in cross-team collaboration, with marketing, product, sales, and customer success, to achieve the growth targets
Think outside the box to identify new ways of 10x’ing our marketing efforts, not incrementally improving what’s already there
